If your cleaner cannot safely enter your house through the planned method and we have not been able to reach you to arrange entry, they will leave after 20 minutes from your scheduled start time. This will be charged as a short notice cancellation. 


Short Notice Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice of needing to cancel your cleaning appointment. 

24 hours notice excludes weekends and the following holidays: New Years Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (observed on the closest Monday or Friday if on a weekend). For less than 24 hours notice we charge the full amount of booked time (or the least amount of time in an estimate). 

Late Payment Fees

Payments past due 30 days will accrue an 18% late fee. Payments past due 60 days may be subject to additional actions to collect payment.         


Angela’s Cleaning is fully insured. Our employees will use reasonable caution when in your home to avoid damage. Unfortunately, occasional accidents may happen. We are insured to cover damage that occurs through our negligence. We will reach out to you as soon as we are aware of damage that occurs during our cleaning, and arrange compensation or replacement as appropriate.


We do not take responsibility for damage that occurs due to wear and tear on an item, improper installation, or product failure. We also do not take responsibility for items that cannot withstand normal cleaning procedures. If you have any items in your home that cannot withstand normal cleaning procedures, it is your responsibility to let us know so we can properly communicate with our employees which item(s) not to clean.


If you have delicate, treasured, and/or irreplaceable items in your home, it is your responsibility to let us know so we can plan either to skip handling those items or to use a specific cleaning method. Our employees can use their discretion to skip cleaning items that appear fragile or delicate.



Angela’s Cleaning employees are entitled to a workplace free from any form of harassment. We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual harassment, bigotry, or racism. Our employees can walk out on any job where they are made to feel unsafe, and payment of scheduled services will still be due.
